Day 3 Update

It's now 9PM and we finally made it home. We are all tired and looking forward to a good nights sleep at home.

Nick did extremely well with all the tests. He was poked and prodded more than any kid should have to endure. As I mentioned in the post during Day 1, he is a tough kid and does not complain. All of his tests came back great. His organs are operating perfectly. With the exception of this CML, he is a healthy 13 year old kid.

The donor has pushed the donation date back a week or two. We orginally thought that Nick would be admitted on Februay 2nd. We are being told now that he will not be admitted now until at least the 11th of February or possibly even the 16th. We should receive the final date early next week.

We will post again once we confirm the date for him to be admitted.
