Another boring day. I don't want to jinx us, but I think we may have a little streak going. Today was the first time since we checked in, that he has not been on any machines. No IV's, No medicines, No Alarms. He got a 4 hours break from all that today. They are just now hooking him back up.

Day +4

I finally got back down here this afternoon. Nick looks great. Laying around, not doing much, but looks good.

The Occupational Therapist finally caugh Nick awake. He had to play a board game with her. Nick didn't want to play those game with them so he has been pretending to be asleep every time they come in the ...more

Day +3

Hi Everyone!

Day +3 was basically a repeat of yesterday. No oxygen, no fever, no rash, no pain. Nick watched 2 movies and did physical therapy today and that is aboout it. I am so thankful that he is so strong. Day +2

Day +2 was a good day! Nick is able to breath on his own without oxygen now except for when he is sleeping. Doc says his lungs sound much better than yesterday. They did have to put him on meds for high blood pressure but that is pretty common with some of the meds he is ...more

Hi!
Nick has had a pretty rough day today with breathing issues and fever. He has been on oxygen since the transplant and has not been able to go off of it yet.
